How we work across Atlantic Canada
Indi Mortgage is licensed across Atlantic Canada, and our commercial team works from Bedford, Nova Scotia. We structure and place the financing wherever the property is; for deals outside Nova Scotia we work with Indi's national office to complete the transaction. Lenders, appraisers and lawyers are local to the property, and applications, documents and signing are handled remotely — so a Moncton apartment building or a St. John's industrial purchase gets the same process as a Halifax deal.
